How long does delivery take?
Most signs are made and dispatched within 7–10 working days after your design proof has been approved. You'll receive a proof first — we only start making once you're happy with the design.
Can I see what my sign will look like before you make it?
Yes — every order includes a free design proof. Our team will create a layout showing your exact name, number, font and size. Request as many changes as you like.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We've sent signs to the USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and many other countries.
Can I collect from your workshop?
If you're local to the Isle of Wight, you're welcome to collect. Please call us on 01983 400777 to arrange this when placing your order.
