If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. OUR PRODUCTS House signs and other products are personalised and made to order using the details and options selected by the customer. We aim to display product descriptions, colours, images and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. We may update product descriptions, prices, availability and specifications from time to time. These changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless required by law. ORDERS AND PERSONALISATION When placing an order, you are responsible for checking that the house name, number, address, spelling and other personalisation details are correct. Where we provide a design proof, you should check the wording, layout and details before approving it. Production may begin after the design has been approved. We may contact you if information is missing or if we need to clarify your order before production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine problem with availability, pricing, payment, personalisation details or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund. PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. We aim to keep pricing and product information accurate. If a clear pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS Because personalised products are made to your specifications, cancellation or return rights for change of mind may not apply once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not match the approved design. Please see our Refund Policy for further information. DELIVERY Delivery times and charges are shown on our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Delays may sometimes occur because of courier issues, events outside our control or incorrect delivery information. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content of this website, including text, images, branding, graphics and design, belongs to House Sign Shop or is used with permission. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use website content without our written permission.
