Returns
As the house sign are custom made to order we are not obliged to accept returns.
If you wish to return a sign you must first contact us either by phone or email to let us know why you wish to return a sign. We may ask you to take images of your item if there is a complaint about damage, quality or workmanship. If we then agree to accept the sign back please bear in mind you will be liable for the return postage as well as the original postage, so any refunds on return will have the original postage deducted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20 College Close Ind. Est. Sandown GB PO36 8EB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
