SHIPPING POLICY

All our house signs are bespoke and handcrafted to order in our UK workshop on the Isle of Wight.

UK Delivery Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days from approval confirmation. This includes production time and shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.

Damaged or Lost Items If your house sign arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at lloydssigns@gmail.com with photos (if damaged), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
