If your home has a single-digit number, this compact square slate sign is perfect for the job. Designed for house numbers 1–9, its 100mm × 100mm size gives your number plenty of room to stand out. Its compact square size is ideal beside a front door, on a gatepost or anywhere space is limited.

Your house number is deeply V-carved into solid 10mm Brazilian slate for a crisp, lasting finish. Choose from 19 fonts and have your number finished in white, silver or gold. You can also add a directional arrow at no extra cost, giving you plenty of choice to create a sign that suits your home.

We'll email you a free design proof before any engraving begins, so you can check your design and make sure you're completely happy with it. If you'd like to change anything, that's no problem — just let us know and we'll make the changes before we engrave your sign.

This 100mm × 100mm sign is designed for a single house number from 1–9. If your house number has two digits, our 140mm × 100mm slate house number sign gives both numbers the extra room they need, keeping your sign well balanced and easy to read at a distance.

Fitting your new sign is simple, with all the necessary fixings included. Choose the fixing-hole position that suits you best, or order it without fixings if you'd prefer to attach it directly to the surface yourself.

Yes — every order includes a free design proof emailed before
production. We only start making your sign once you're completely happy. -
Short names (up to 10 characters) suit 300mm. Longer names or two lines need 400–450mm. Not sure? Call us on 01983 400777.

Each sign comes complete with wall plugs and all fixings included — everything you need for a secure installation is in the box.
