Our 500mm × 125mm engraved slate house sign is the perfect choice when a standard plaque simply isn't wide enough. Made from genuine 10mm thick Brazilian slate, it provides extra space for longer house names, name and number combinations or personalised wording without making the lettering smaller. Every sign is individually made to order in our Isle of Wight workshop using traditional deep V-carve engraving.

Before we begin engraving, we'll email you a free design proof so you can check the wording, layout and spacing. Nothing is engraved until you've approved every detail, giving you complete confidence before production begins.

Yes — every order includes a free design proof emailed before
production. We only start making your sign once you're completely happy. -
Short names (up to 10 characters) suit 300mm. Longer names or two lines need 400–450mm. Not sure? Call us on 01983 400777.

Each sign comes complete with wall plugs and all fixings included — everything you need for a secure installation is in the box.
