This is a useful choice for particularly long house names that still need to stay on one line. The extra width gives the wording more room without moving to a tall plaque, while the solid Brazilian slate and deep V-carved engraving give it a traditional, durable finish.

At 500mm × 125mm, this size suits long property names that would feel cramped on a shorter sign. If you need space for an address, house number or several lines of text instead, one of the taller slate signs will give you a better layout.

    production. We only start making your sign once you're completely happy.

  • Short names (up to 10 characters) suit 300mm. Longer names or two lines need 400–450mm. Not sure? Call us on 01983 400777.

  • Each sign comes complete with wall plugs and all fixings included — everything you need for a secure installation is in the box.

  • All our signs carry a 3 to 7 year guarantee depending on material.
    Every sign is built for decades of outdoor use and won't rust, corrode,
    or become brittle like cheaper alternatives.

  • We email your design proof within 1 working day. Once you approve
    it, your sign is handmade and dispatched — free standard UK delivery is
    included on all orders over £30. The vast majority of our signs qualify
    automatically.
