Solid Brazilian Slate, Deeply V-Carved

This extra large slate house sign is made from genuine 10mm Brazilian slate with a smooth, honed surface. Brazilian slate is a hard-wearing natural stone suitable for outdoor use, and each plaque has slight variations in colour and markings. Your text is deeply V-carved into the slate rather than printed onto the surface.

Personalise Your Engraved Slate House Plaque

Add your house name, number, address or directions and choose from 21+ fonts. The engraved text can be finished in white, silver or gold, with a directional arrow available if required.

Extra Large Slate Address Plaque – 500mm × 300mm

This 500mm × 300mm sign is suitable for longer property names, full addresses or several lines of text. If you'd prefer a slightly narrower sign with the same height, see our 450mm × 300mm slate house sign.

    production. We only start making your sign once you're completely happy.

  • Short names (up to 10 characters) suit 300mm. Longer names or two lines need 400–450mm. Not sure? Call us on 01983 400777.

  • Each sign comes complete with wall plugs and all fixings included — everything you need for a secure installation is in the box.

  • All our signs carry a 3 to 7 year guarantee depending on material.
    Every sign is built for decades of outdoor use and won't rust, corrode,

  • We email your design proof within 1 working day. Once you approve
    it, your sign is handmade and dispatched — free standard UK delivery is
