Slate House Sign for Names & Numbers

This is a useful all-round size when you want to show a house name, number or a combination of both without moving to a large plaque. The extra height gives you more layout choice than the slimmer name signs, so the wording can be arranged over one or two lines. Each sign is cut from solid 10mm Brazilian slate and deeply V-carved for a proper engraved finish.

Is This the Right Size?

At 300mm × 100mm, this size works well for a house name and number together, a short address or a two-line layout. If you only need a slim one-line name, the 300mm × 75mm slate sign may suit you better. For more wording or a roomier two-line design, the 300mm × 150mm slate sign gives you extra height.

    production. We only start making your sign once you're completely happy.

  • Short names (up to 10 characters) suit 300mm. Longer names or two lines need 400–450mm. Not sure? Call us on 01983 400777.

  • Each sign comes complete with wall plugs and all fixings included — everything you need for a secure installation is in the box.

  • All our signs carry a 3 to 7 year guarantee depending on material.
    Every sign is built for decades of outdoor use and won't rust, corrode,
    or become brittle like cheaper alternatives.

  • We email your design proof within 1 working day. Once you approve
    it, your sign is handmade and dispatched — free standard UK delivery is
